The adjacent 3-star Hampton by Hilton hotel has 228 modern rooms, 2 meeting rooms, a breakfast room and a lobby bar. Both hotels are connected and the staff work as one team for both hotels.

Your daily business

• Development, implementation, and adjustment of pricing strategy
• Support in maintaining all reservation channels and revenue management systems
• Preparation of analyses and weekly and monthly reports
• Regular reporting of pickup reports and bookings from contract customers
• Support with budget planning
• Monitoring of content on booking platforms
• Maintenance and entry of contract rates and availability

Our Expectation

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification, ideally with initial experience in revenue management or group reservations
• Strong interest in numbers, analytical processes, and strategic pricing
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Structured, independent, and analytical approach to work
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a high degree of initiative
