Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/x)

As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be the backbone that connects Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, shaping how our GTM teams operate and ensuring seamless processes, smart tooling, and data‑driven decisions.

Tasks

  • Design, document, and continuously improve end‑to‑end revenue workflows across the full customer journey.
  • Define and enforce clear handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to reduce friction and ensure accountability.
  • Build and manage a structured enablement program (onboarding, training, certifications, sales playbooks, methodology frameworks like MEDDIC/Challenger).
  • Take ownership of our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring it serves as the single source of truth and integrates with our GTM tech stack.
  • Implement automated workflows and system integrations to reduce manual work and boost scalability.
  • Define data quality standards, monitor dashboards, and drive proactive improvements in data governance.
  • Create actionable analytics and reporting (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, funnel analysis) for leadership and team.
  • Partner with leadership to shape GTM strategy and align revenue planning with company OKRs.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations, ideally in SaaS or subscription businesses.
  • Hands‑on experience in CRM ownership and process optimization (HubSpot); experience with Clay highly appreciated.
  • Practical experience in Sales Enablement (onboarding, training, playbooks).
  • Solid understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success processes.
  • Interest and foundational skills in data analysis, reporting, and funnel tracking; BI tools experience is a plus.
  • Tech‑savvy and curious, able to leverage GTM tools and automation; deep knowledge of LLMs and prompting.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, pragmatic, and flexible from strategy to execution.
  • Collaborative team player with growth mindset, eager to shape processes and deliver measurable impact.
  • Fluent in German (native or bilingual) and English.
