Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly identify, diagnose, and escalade onsite issues affecting productivity to relevant project managers and technical teams.
• Conduct audits of preventative maintenance procedures, proposing improvements to streamline processes.
• Manage weekly deployment activities for software releases, firmware updates, and feature enhancements.
• Troubleshoot software malfunctions and coordinate with engineering teams for effective resolution.
• Collate and report on maintenance and deployment activities to support continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven background in manufacturing, engineering, or robotics, with practical hands‑on experience.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities to coordinate technical activities effectively.
• Familiarity with firmware, hardware updates, and preventative maintenance programmes.
