Romanian VIP Account Manager - (Relocation to Bulgaria Required)

We are looking for a Romanian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value. Requirements:Proficiency in English and Romanian both written and spoken;Proactive person with good support/sales skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Attention to details;Previous experience will be considered as an advantage. Duties and Responsibilities:Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage;Previous experience on a similar position will be considered as a strong advantage.
