The client

Our client is a fast-scaling European SaaS company building software for operational efficiency, with a strong focus on maintenance, field service, and mobile workforce management. Their platform helps industrial companies across manufacturing, logistics, and service environments digitize and optimize frontline operations. Germany is a key growth market, with continued investment and a growing commercial team.

Compensation and benefits

  • €60K to €70K base with €90K to €115K OTE (uncapped)
  • Clear progression into senior roles as the team scales
  • Hybrid setup (2 to 3 days per week in office)
  • Up to 25 percent travel
  • Exposure to mid-market and enterprise deals
  • Structured MEDDIC sales environment with strong internal support

You are

  • Native German with strong English
  • 2 to 5 years of B2B SaaS experience, including closing
  • Experienced in mid-market or enterprise sales
  • Comfortable with value-based selling (MEDDIC)
  • A self-starter who can own pipeline and deals
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, field service, or similar industrial environments; understands personas such as Head of Production or Operations

Nice to have

  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Exposure to maintenance or field service software
  • Spanish or French language skills

The role

  • A full-cycle Account Executive role targeting mid-market and enterprise customers in industrial sectors.
  • You will sell a mobile-first SaaS platform with 6 to 9 month sales cycles, working both inbound leads and outbound pipeline.
  • You’ll manage multi-threaded deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and own a quota of €400K to €600K ARR depending on seniority.
