Noozle Fluid Technology is a technology-driven company specializing in nano-processing, micronization, and advanced fluid & material processing solutions, serving customers across pharmaceuticals, drug delivery, new materials, chemicals, cosmetics, and other high-tech industries.
To accelerate our growth in Europe, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager – Europe who combines strong commercial drive with a solid understanding of technical, process-based, or equipment-related solutions.
This is a strategic role with high autonomy and direct impact on our European market expansion.
Your Mission
- Strategic Growth: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify high-value opportunities and support long-term business planning.
- Partnership Excellence: Build and manage a robust network of distributors and strategic partners to ensure comprehensive market coverage across Europe.
- Key Account Leadership: Develop and execute strategies for major accounts, identifying new opportunities and coordinating resources for successful implementation.
- Market Penetration: Drive new business specifically within the pharmaceutical and advanced material markets, managing the full cycle from lead generation to technical project conversion.
- Process Innovation: Implement and refine sales tools, CRM practices, and internal training to ensure a world-class sales operation.
- Global Presence: Represent Noozle at major international industry exhibitions and technical conferences.
What You Bring
- The Experience: 6+ years in sales or key account management.
- Industry Edge: Deep experience in pharmaceuticals or advanced materials is highly preferred.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with capital equipment or technical solution sales (a strong advantage).
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional English (written and spoken) with the ability to deliver professional presentations to international stakeholders.
- Mindset: A self-motivated, organized professional who thrives in an independent, fast-paced international environment.
- Execution: Proven project management skills and the creativity to plan high-impact marketing and customer events.
