You will combine strong technical knowledge with a consultative sales approach to help customers maximize value and close high-quality opportunities.**What you will be doing:*** Drive profitable sales growth across existing accounts and new customers* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal closure* Prioritize target customers and execute focused sales activities* Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to support joint sales plans* Identify and follow up on Newbuilding and Dry Dock opportunities* Develop trusted, long-term relationships through regular customer engagement* Act as the technical expert for Tank & Hold Cleaning solutions within the sales organization* Ensure accurate CRM reporting and compliance with WSS sales governance**What you bring:*** International experience in technical or solution-based sales* Maritime background (sailing or marine engineering experience preferred)* Proven track record of achieving sales results and closing deals* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills* Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office tools* Excellent communication skills and fluent English### **What we are looking for:*** Commercially minded, ambitious, and results-driven* Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively* Structured, curious, and quick to learn* Comfortable driving change in a dynamic environment### **What we can offer:**At Wilhelmsen, you will join a global organization known for strong leadership, career development, and work-life balance.
