Sales Consultant [ comfort zone ] South-West Germany

JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skincare Division in Germany while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. In the role of Sales Consultant, your mission is to develop and manage the sales area in the South West of Germany and to sustainably grow the brand awareness for the ( comfort zone ) brand.

What You Will Do

Your task is the sustainable achievement of the agreed sales revenue in the sales territory through professional and intensive support of existing customers, as well as the acquisition and development of new customers into brand ambassadors. In particular, this position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the specified sales strategies
  • Support of existing customers – processing orders
  • Development of new customers
  • Selling in the exclusive product range
  • Management of sell-out activities
  • Regular reporting, including updating Salesforce (CRM system), processing new customer opportunities, etc.
  • Conducting skincare training sessions.

Who You Are

  • Years of experience: 3-6 years of experience in a sales position. Preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Hard skills: Ideally, you have completed commercial training and/or further education and have already gained experience with demonstrable success in a comparable position.
  • You are communicative, a team player, and additionally characterized by strong sales skills, confident negotiation abilities, and customer orientation.
  • You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office and have experience in working with CRM and ordering systems.
  • Soft skills: Willingness to travel and a professional, representative appearance are a matter of course for you.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability, conscious beauty, and purpose-driven brands.
  • Positive, proactive, and self-motivated with a hands-on attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Required core competences: Sales & Consulting Skills and Customer Orientation; Product and Industry Knowledge; Communication and Negotiation Skills; Self-Organization & Time Management; CRM & Reporting Skills.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Salary range: There will be a gross base salary between EUR 4.000 and EUR 5.200 per month based on a full-time employment contract. The final salary will be determined based on knowledge, relevant work experience, competencies, and internal equivalency.
  • Bonus Structure: This position is eligible for our bonus program. The bonus structure is reviewed and updated each year to ensure it remains aligned with individual performance, team results, and overall company objectives. Details of the applicable bonus framework will be shared during the recruitment process and confirmed upon hiring.
  • Company Car: This role includes the provision of a company car. A fully maintained and insured vehicle will be provided in accordance with our corporate mobility policy, enabling you to perform your responsibilities efficiently and comfortably.
