Track record of selling enterprise level products to stakeholders operating on the airside, such as airports, airlines, airside management companies, and GSE operators Understanding of the airside driving training and badging process In depth knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes of target customers in the Airport market An existing network of contacts and relationships in among Europe and Mideast customers Strong sales ability. Understanding of complex and strategic selling and sales team leadership Ability to write compelling proposals designed to win Understanding of pricing and revenue models Ability to create a sales roadmap for future growth. Experience working closely with product development on requirements necessary for customer success Relationship builder as evidenced by building rapport, managing internal and external relationships and working effectively across functions and geographies. Dynamic individual, able to demonstrate evidence of being a highly proactive self-starter. Key responsibilities
Create sales goals and execution plans to achieve these goals. Build a robust pipeline of high quality, actionable opportunities Own your entire sales funnel from initial contact through demonstrations, quotes and proposals, to deal close and contract negotiations Attend relevant conferences and stay abreast of industry news that may impact company’s opportunities in your region Work with marketing to develop product marketing materials Record, track, and provide accurate sales reports and projections to management. Identify new product and/or market opportunities with both new and existing customers. Job requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or college or equivalent education and experience. Airport sector job / airside driving experience 5+ years of successful sales in the Airport sector. Fluency in English required Demonstrated ability to seek out, pursue and close sales opportunities. Possess a sense of urgency, high energy level, strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proven track record in closing deals Travel may be up to 50% to meet with potential clients and to attend conferences. What we offer
