Sales Director DACHMedia Quality and Attention Measurement | Remote within Germany Over the last few years, a new generation of measurement businesses has started to change how digital media is valued. This company was created to answer one simple question for advertisers and publishers alike: not just whether an ad was served, but whether it truly captured attention and drove better outcomes. Today, their platform helps some of the worlds most recognisable brands understand which impressions really work hardest, so budgets are directed to the most effective media. Backed by experienced advertising and technology investors, they are growing quickly, expanding their product from advertiser focused measurement into solutions that also support publisher and platform partners. Europe is a core growth region and DACH is the next big focus. As Sales Director DACH, you will lead that charge. Reporting into an EMEA leader and working closely with a seasoned commercial and client success team, you will take ownership of new business across the major agency groups in the region. You will map the landscape, open doors, educate teams on attention led media quality, and turn interest into committed, revenue generating partnerships. On any given day, you might be introducing the platform to a regional product lead, running a training session for planning or investment teams, or shaping a response to a client brief where attention and media quality become central to the measurement plan. You will keep a sharp handle on your pipeline using the companys CRM, provide clear forecasts, and work hand in hand with client success once deals close to ensure campaigns land smoothly and renewals follow. You will also represent the business at key industry events across DACH, using your network and presence to create new opportunities. You bring at least five years of AdTech or media sales experience, ideally in the DACH market, and you are fluent in German and English. You know how to sell into complex agency environments from day to day practitioners through to senior decision makers and product teams. You have a proven record of prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and closing new business. Experience in measurement, analytics, or media quality solutions is a plus, but curiosity, commercial drive, and the ability to tell a clear and compelling story will matter most. In return, you can expect a competitive base salary in the region of ninety five thousand to one hundred and five thousand euro, with commission taking estimated on target earnings to around one hundred and forty six thousand to one hundred and sixty two thousand euro, with further upside for over performance. The role is fully remote within Germany, with regular travel to client offices and collaboration with colleagues in European and US hubs.
