Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of Rosenberger’s sales activities in the defined region
  • Development and management of customer relationships across various industries with focus on the Defense sector
  • Definition of a 3- to 5-year business plan and sales strategy for the markets
  • Preparation of an action plan to expand existing and new business relationships
  • Annual increase of Rosenberger’s revenue and market share
  • Support of regional sales channels
  • Support in the development and implementation of marketing plans
  • Presentation of RFP/RFQ responses
  • Organization of product presentations, meetings, training sessions, etc.
  • Negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with given guidelines

Profile

  • Completed technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Knowledge of electromechanical components, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Solid experience in sales, preferably in an international environment
  • Persuasive personality with strong teamwork skills and flexibility
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken, good knowledge of Italian is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel required
