Defense Sales Manager

We are supporting a global technology organisation delivering mission-critical communications and connectivity solutions into defence and government customers across Europe.

As part of continued growth, we are looking for a Defence Sales Manager to take ownership of business development activities across Germany, working closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within the defence ecosystem.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, front-line commercial role focused on winning and shaping opportunities within the German defence market. You will play a key role in developing strategic relationships and driving new business across a portfolio of advanced communication and network-based solutions.

You will be given the autonomy to:

  • Build and leverage your network across the German defence community
  • Identify, shape, and win new business opportunities
  • Lead bids and proposals with defence organisations and prime contractors
  • Engage directly with senior decision-makers across government and industry
  • Influence growth strategy within a rapidly expanding organisation

What We're Looking For

We are specifically interested in individuals who bring:

  • A strong track record in defence sales or business development
  • An established network within the German defence ecosystem
  • (e.g. Ministry of Defence, Bundeswehr, BAAINBw, or major primes)
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions (e.g. communications, networks, electronics, or systems)
  • Proven ability to open doors and win business in a competitive environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in bids, capture, or account growth
  • Native-level German and fluent English
