Sales Manager Cybersecurity Europe (f/m/x), 80-100% for OMICRON electronics. Location: Berlin, Germany; Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria); or remote.

What it’s all about

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, identifying key customers, opportunities, and tactics to achieve business objectives.
Lead regional sales efforts for cybersecurity solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Monitor industry trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and contribute to product development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity topics in the assigned territory, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to customers.
Identify, manage, and evaluate channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales performance.
Collaborate with application engineers to deliver compelling product presentations and on-site demonstrations.
Generate and support project-based business opportunities, including tenders and proposals.

What we’re looking for

Technical education or relevant work experience in IT, cybersecurity, or engineering.
Experience in sales, ideally in the OT/IT cybersecurity or technology sector.
Experience in the electric utility sector.
Strong strategic competency with excellent technical sales and presentation skills.
Innovative attitude with a drive to improve processes and outcomes.
Excellent command of English and German.
Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 40%).
