As Sales Manager (m/w/d) for the DACH region, you will be a key commercial driver within DAZN Media, responsible for growing advertising revenue and deepening strategic partnerships. Acting as a trusted consultant to agencies and brands, you’ll bring creative, solution-oriented ideas that meet client objectives across the DAZN ecosystem. Working closely with internal teams and external sales partners, you’ll expand existing relationships into broader, multi-stream partnerships while owning some of the region’s most significant agency and brand accounts. This role combines strategic thinking, strong execution, and a genuine passion for sport, all within a collaborative, high-performance sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and growing key agency and advertiser relationships across the DACH market
  • Delivering sales and revenue targets across DAZN products, including OTT, YouTube, and podcasts
  • Developing and pitching integrated, custom advertising solutions in response to client briefs and RFPs
  • Expanding existing partnerships into broader, multi-revenue agreements
  • Driving business cases for product enhancements based on client needs and market insight
  • Generating strong sales activity through meetings, pitches, proposals, and proactive outreach
  • Building deep knowledge of DAZN Media’s advertising products and solutions
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to meet revenue goals and support forecasting

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in media sales – ideally within TV, OTT, digital, or programmatic advertising
  • Strong understanding of the DACH media and agency landscape
  • Expertise in TV and/or programmatic advertising models and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
