In order to realize our international growth strategy, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Southern Europe region (Italy, Spain) , with the potential to develop into a Regional Sales Manager . Take the next step in your career.

Responsibilities

1. Development and execution of a country-specific growth strategy, targeted development of existing sales structures, and establishment of additional sales and service branches.
2. Acquisition of new customers and direct support of existing key customers.
3. Active, pragmatic support of sales colleagues in customer acquisition, development of sustainable customer relationships, professional CRM administration, and technical inquiries.
4. Overall responsibility for business development, sales, returns, subsidiaries, and local sales teams in Southern Europe.

Qualifications

1. Several years of international experience selling technical capital goods in a mid-sized company, with initial management experience preferred.
2. Excellent technical understanding and solid business administration skills.
3. Interest in personal and professional development towards becoming a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe.
4. Passion for active selling, technical consultation, and practical demonstrations of our water jetting equipment and automation solutions.
5. Business fluency in Italian and German, with very good knowledge of English.
