Were hiring a Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agent to support advertisers on a leading global social media advertising platform.

In this role, youll act as a digital marketing advisor , helping advertisers improve campaign performance, optimize budgets, and scale results through consultative sales and data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

• Advise advertisers on social media marketing and growth strategies
• Analyze campaign performance, budgets, and ad analytics
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with existing and potential advertisers
• Support funnel optimization and long-term campaign growth

What You Bring

• Native or fluent Dutch
• Strong interest in digital marketing and consultative sales
• Confident communication skills with an analytical mindset
• Motivation to work in a performance-driven, client-facing role

Compensation & Benefits

• €33,000 gross/year + up to €7,500 performance bonus
• €300/month Dutch language bonus
• Relocation support to Berlin (up to €1,900 )

Training & Onboarding

• 4 weeks of fully paid training , including official Meta Blueprint certification
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (full attendance required)
