Sales Representative Spare Parts

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative Spare Parts to join our Customer Service department to ensure the correct management of after sales activities assisting the customer with spare parts supply and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of technical specifications, cost calculations, and schedules
• International customer correspondence and customer visits
• Handling inquiries, quotations, and orders from both a technical and commercial perspective
• Project responsibility for spare parts and service orders

Qualifications

• Vocational training or university degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience desirable
• Sales affinity and strong customer service orientation
• Basic knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, and Pro.File
• Ability to work in a team, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
• Excellent German and good English skills
