This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of robotics products, systems, and solutions within the General Industry segment in Germany, in line with the Robotics & Discrete Automation division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and long-term customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, with a strong focus on key account management and solution-oriented selling across ABB’s state-of-the-art robotics portfolio.
The work model for the role is remote / nationwide sales activities with a strong on-site customer focus in Germany. The position is primarily responsible for customers located in Southern Germany, with a particular concentration in the region between Stuttgart, Munich, and Nuremberg. Therefore, candidates are ideally based within this triangle or alternatively elsewhere in Southern Germany, enabling efficient travel and close customer proximity.
This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation business area in Germany. Main stakeholders are customers from small and medium-sized enterprises to global key accounts, internal sales teams, marketing, and product management.
