What You'll Do

Responsible for meeting sales objectives for a given territory. Utilizes extensive technical sales expertise to achieve or exceed sales objectives, goals, and targets that typically focus on developing new accounts and or expanding existing accounts. Identifies pursuing and establishing sales leads and prospects. Develops and maintains customer relationships representing the Company in best light. Educates customers on products & services. Completes and submits required documentation and procedures. Required to comply with all Company policies, procedures and practices in a professional manner. General application of concepts and principals to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of a moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Das Sind Deine Aufgaben

Vertrieb & Schulung

• Besuche bei wichtigen Sportartikelhändlern(POS) zur Sicherstellung der Markenpräsenz und Einhaltung der Merchandising-Richtlinien.
• Durchführung ansprechender Produktschulungen für das Verkaufspersonal.

Events & Markenaktivierungen

• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung lokaler Sportveranstaltungen und -aktivierungen.
• Repräsentation der Marke bei Veranstaltungen und Sicherstellung einer professionellen Umsetzung.

Markenbotschafter & Influencer

• Gewinnung, Schulung und Betreuung eines Netzwerks an Markenbotschaftern und Influencern.
• Unterstützung mit Materialien, Inhalten und Storytelling.
• Lokales Sponsoring

Social Media & Content-Erstellung

• Erstellung authentischer Inhalte (Fotos, Videos, Beiträge) für Social Media

Pflege der lokalen Community-Beziehungen auf relevanten Plattformen.

Koordination & Reporting

• Koordination und Reporting an den Vertriebs- und Marketingmanager DACH
• Ansprechpartner zwischen den lokalen Märkten und dem Internationalen Marketing.
• Schnittstelle zum Kundenservice für POS
• Überwachung von KPIs und regelmäßige Berichterstattung zu Vertrieb, Events und digitalen Aktivitäten.

Das ist dein Profil

• Erfahrung: Berufseinsteiger willkommen; Kenntnisse in Vertrieb, Marketing, Eventmanagement, Handelsmarketing oder Community-Management (Sport-/Outdoor-Branche von Vorteil).
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Kompetenzen:
• Starke Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Praktisches, proaktives Arbeiten und selbstständiges Arbeiten.
• Fähigkeit zur Erstellung ansprechender digitaler Inhalte (Grundkenntnisse in Bild- und Videobearbeitung von Vorteil).
• Gutes Verständnis für die Sportkultur und lokale Communities in Deutschland und Österreich.
• Persönlichkeit: Energiegeladen, kommunikativ, kreativ, lösungsorientiert und teamfähig.
• Sonstiges: Bereitschaft zu häufigen Dienstreisen in Deutschland und Österreich.
