We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst to join our Center of Expertise for SAP. Thrive on constant change in service business and on evolving SAP processes. You will leverage your expert-level skills in SAP S/4 HANA modules, including the S/4 Service Module, Plant Maintenance (PM), and Product & Process Governance (PPG). Familiarity with SAP R/3 modules, especially Customer Service (CS), is highly beneficial. Join us in shaping the future of our service business through innovative SAP solutions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Design and implement end-to-end processes within the Service Capability, including interfaces to other systems in the Siemens Energy landscape (e.g., Sales Force, Teamcenter). Provide process design, test scripts, demos, and authorization setup.
  • Support migration within the SAP S/4 HANA projects, coordinating integration topics with other modules and supporting discussions with SAP on business requirements. Support the newest SAP release upgrades to enhance Service Management functionality.
  • Partner with key business contacts to understand needs, convert them into functional requirements, managing global demand and providing process consulting.
  • Realize change requests as part of business or project enhancements, including concepts and solutions for data migration, change management, training, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with internal and external service providers, supporting the design and implementation of PPG for our Long-Term Service business.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • Expert knowledge of S/4 Service Module, SAP Plant Maintenance, Customer Service processes, and configuration in SAP, and familiarity with SAP Addon Product & Process Governance (PPG).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ability to read and functionally interpret CDS & ABAP code, familiarity with SAPUI5/Fiori apps, OData APIs, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and the simplified data model.
  • Ability to meet business requirements through the standard solution.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical skills, strong communication (English and German), and good multi‑tasking, time management and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, motivated, eager to learn.
