Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for planning, managing, and successfully delivering CX projects in the SAP environment
• Leading project teams and coordinating all project phases – from requirements gathering to handover to operations
• Conducting customer workshops to gather requirements and define CX objectives
• Developing project plans, managing timelines and resources, and actively handling risks
• Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and schedules
• Supporting presales activities by presenting project methodologies and CX solution approaches

Your experience:

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the CX environment
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• A structured, solution‑oriented, and independent working style
• Experience in requirements engineering and managing complex projects
• Interest in customer‑centric solutions and digital end‑to‑end processes
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration and CX platforms is a plus
• Team spirit, willingness to travel, and a high level of personal responsibility
• Business‑fluent German and English skills
