Job Description:

• We are looking to hire an experienced Finance Stream Lead with Fashion & Lifestyle Retail experience home-based in Germany
• Module Ownership: Lead and own SAP FICO (FI + CO) functional areas, managing the stream as a small project.
• Strategic Design: Drive "To-Be" business process finalization, challenging existing processes using a "Why Not" approach to adhere to industry best practices (e.g., in Fashion/Retail).
• Team Leadership: Line-manage and mentor a team of consultants, both onsite (EU-based) and offshore.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as senior functional authority in workshops with Finance Managers and C‑suite stakeholders, bridging business needs with IT solutions.
• Delivery Management: Oversee configuration, testing, documentation, and system enhancements, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Deep functional knowledge in SAP FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center, COPA).
• Hands‑on experience with S/4HANA implementations (preferably 3+ E2E implementations).
• Previous experience in a senior consulting or advisory role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver in a Global Delivery Model.
• Experience in industries like Retail, Fashion, or Consumer Industries.
• Must speak fluent in German and English.
