This position reports to: HR Operations Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will have the opportunity to support the company's vision and strategic direction. Every day, you will apply your IT knowledge and expertise to solve complex technical or professional tasks. You will also demonstrate your expertise by acting as a key resource and authoritative source of knowledge for services and solutions, contributing to the company's efficiency through your specialized know-how.

The working time model for this position is: Remote #LI-Remote

In this role, you will be part of the German Human Resources team within ABB AG, based in Mannheim.

You are primarily responsible for:

• Developing SAP HCM solutions (ABAP / WebDynpro / SAPUI5) as well as interfaces within the HCM area
• Providing functional user consulting and further developing processes
• Project work in the SAP HCM environment

You will become part of a motivated team where you can grow.

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in the use of SAP HCM software as well as programming knowledge in ABAP are advantageous
• Confident communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
• Independent working style with a high standard of quality combined with strong customer and service orientation
• Flexibility, strong communication skills, team spirit, and a quick grasp of new concepts complete your profile
