Your qualifications

Strong experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), especially IBP for S&OP
Proven track record in S&OP process design and implementation
Experience in integrating demand, supply, and inventory planning
Knowledge of IBP planning models, key figures, and data structures
Experience with scenario planning and simulations capabilities
Understanding of IBP–ERP integration
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment
Nice to have: dvanced planning processes and supply chain best practices
Nice to have: pilot implementations or phased rollouts

Your tasks

Analyze current S&OP processes, identify gaps, and define a target process aligned with business requirements and best practices
Design and configure the SAP IBP S&OP planning model (planning areas, key figures, planning levels)
Integrate demand, supply, and inventory planning into a unified end-to-end S&OP process
Define and implement planning cycles, workflows, and approval mechanisms
Facilitate cross-functional alignment (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) through workshops and governance structures
Develop and execute scenario planning and what-if simulations to support decision-making
Ensure data consistency and coordinate integration with connected systems (e.g., ERP)
Plan and execute testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) including documentation of results
Develop training materials, support pilot execution, and deliver evaluation results with recommendations for rollout
