SAP S/4HANA Process Expert (m/f/d); FREELANCE; GERMANY

I am looking SAP S/4HANA Process Expert (Returns, Claims, Repair, Quote Management) (m/f/d) supporting a sales‑driven transformation project in the agricultural machinery. The consultant will work closely with a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation team to ensure seamless alignment between Salesforce processes and existing SAP S/4 business processes.

Start: ASAP

Capacity: Full-time

Initial Duration : 3 months (high chance of extension)

Remote and on‑site Share: 50% remote and 50% on‑site (Northern Germany-(Greater Hamburg/Bremen Area)

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing SAP S/4HANA processes in Returns, Claims, Repair, and Quote Management
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
• Define target process designs in alignment with the Salesforce Service Cloud project
• Act as a liaison between the SAP S/4 and Salesforce implementation teams
• Support functional workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Provide expert insight and best practices for business process transformation
• Document processes, requirements, and recommendations
• Ensure seamless integration and process alignment across systems

Requirements

• Several years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA , particularly in:
• Returns & Claims
• Quote-to-Order processes
• Strong background in business process analysis and design
• Proven track record in cross‑system integration projects (SAP ↔ Salesforce advantageous)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
