SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant

SKILLS:

These are the tasks that await you with us:

• Project support for the technical implementation of business processes on a global scale
• Responsibility for and ensuring the SAP system flow in the SD module (end-to-end process “Service to Satisfaction”)
• Customizing and master data settings in SAP S/4HANA Service and Field Service Management (FSM)
• Planning and implementation of SAP CPQ integration into SAP Commerce Cloud
• Close collaboration with relevant specialist departments as well as external and internal team members
• Advising business units on the “Service to Satisfaction” process
• Independent execution of (sub-)projects and performance of IT integration tests
• Practical knowledge expansion in the area of S/4HANA
• Creation of documentation and training materials for key users, end users and 1st level support.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the framework of 2nd and 3rd level support.

These are the qualifications you should possess:

• Completed university degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Solid experience in SAP consulting with a focus on the S/4 HANA Service module and a very good understanding of the "Service to Satisfaction" end-to-end process.
• Knowledge of SAP FSM is desirable.
• Knowledge of related SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) is advantageous.
• Experience in SAP ABAP programming and SAP Solution Manager is a plus.
• Experience in technical project management is a nice-to-have.
• Fluency in English and German is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Team player mentality and good communication skills

You can be based in either Aßlar, Hessen OR Maulburg, Baden-Württemberg

3 days per week in the office + 2 days remote
