Your qualifications

Profound experiences in SAP EC (Employee Central) payroll
experience in Customizing of SAP EC Payroll
experience in process definition, conception and configuration
experience with German payroll
experience with Legal requirements
experience in Payroll compliance
fluent German and English language skills

Your tasks

Process definition:
Analysis of payroll processes,
Design and realization of end-to-end payroll processes in combination with time management and personnel data management
Conception and configuration:
Development of payroll solutions based on SAP EC Payroll, incl. Customzing,
Maintenance of schemes and rules
Definition of wage types,
HR Forms and notifications,
Data migration,
Test management
Payroll:
Processing/Control of Payroll execution incl. follow up activities with SAP SuccessFactors and check of complex processes with respect to legal requirements
