Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor one or more cross‑functional SAP Supply Chain consultants or teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing culture.
• Manage the end‑to‑end implementation and support of the enterprise SAP Center of Excellence, ensuring robust integration with other systems.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable logistics models, business rules, and data‑quality standards in collaboration with architects, business teams, and governance teams.
• Champion engineering SAP best practices across the team, including code quality, testing, observability, and documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers and the different SAP teams to align engineering execution with business goals and roadmap priorities.
• Project manage SAP delivery, including timelines, team briefings, supervision, delivery of the functional area, and reviews with Directors and C‑level executives.
• Define and track KPIs for team performance and SAP platform health, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Maintain awareness of emerging SAP functionalities and trends and evaluate their applicability within the SAP Center of Excellence and the Supply Chain ecosystem.
• Present insights, risks, and progress updates to executive leadership as needed.
• Actively contribute to hiring, onboarding, and professional development of SAP engineering talent.

What You Bring

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP in Supply Chain roles, including 5+ years in SAP engineering leadership.
• Proven track record in delivering and managing SAP Supply Chain solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP modules such as SD/MM, STO processes, procurement, and others.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA; knowledge of SAP Private/Public cloud solutions is a plus.
• Experience with SAP retail and/or fashion solutions.
• Agile experience.
• Strong technical and functional understanding of SAP Supply Chain processes in retail environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to create a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and technical excellence.
