Solar Array Factory – Industrial Engineering

Our solar array products are in high demand from customers around the globe, ranging from scientific one-off satellites to series production for constellations. The Industrial Engineering department within the Solar Array Factory is responsible for the manufacturing processes & product design as well as for the supply chain and the project management of the (serial) production of Solar Arrays.

Your tasks

• Preparation/maintenance of procurement specification and contractual documents of space grade solar cells
• Subcontractor management
• Technical interface management
• Change management

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or physics or related disciplines and related job experience
• Experience in technical procurement / subcontractor management
• Knowledge of (space grade) solar cell manufacturing would be helpful
• Team player, good communication skills
• Negotiation level of English
• Knowledge of German would be an advantage
• SAP basic knowledge would be an asset, but is not mandatory
