The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, define automation strategy, and ensure high-quality delivery across SAP transformation initiatives**Required Skills & Qualifications:*** 8+ years of experience in **Software Testing**, with at least 3+ years in a **Test Lead role*** Strong hands-on experience with **Tricentis Tosca (Test Automation)*** Extensive experience in **SAP Testing**, especially **ECC to S/4HANA migration** projects* Good understanding of **SAP business processes** (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.)* Experience in **test management tools** (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps)* Strong knowledge of **test lifecycle, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies*** Experience with **data migration validation and reconciliation testing*** Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
