What You’ll Do

As a Financial Advisor, you’ll operate independently — but never alone. Your core responsibilities include:

• Advise and Guide: Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and craft tailored strategies for clients.
• Deliver Value: Offer expert guidance in investments, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth-building tools.
• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships based on trust and results.
• Grow Your Business: Proactively expand your network and client portfolio through referrals, outreach, and visibility.
• Lead Like an Entrepreneur: Manage your own schedule and strategy while accessing DVAG’s proven business systems and support network.

Who You Are

Languages: Fluent in English. German B1 (additional languages highly valued).

Experience: Background in finance or sales is helpful — but not required. Strong interest in financial services is key.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, and goal-driven.

Client-Focused: You care deeply about helping others achieve their financial goals.

Location & Eligibility: You must live in Germany and hold valid work authorization.
