Senior Account Manager Broker - South (m/f/d)

Main tasks

• Participation in the implementation of sales and market strategy
• Profit‑oriented maintenance and expansion of our business with brokers
• Organization and involvement in line‑specific and cross‑line acquisition planning and activities
• Personal support of existing broker relationships
• Initiation and contribution to process improvements
• Organization, information, and communication within the scope of responsibilities

Your profile - Professional experience/ personality/ languages/software

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on insurance or a comparable qualification with relevant further education
• Several years of professional experience in underwriting and sales of industrial insurance, along with solid expertise gained from working at an industrial insurance broker
• Experience in project work and handling complex tasks; advanced‑level knowledge of project management
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, combined with an innovative and eager‑to‑learn personality
• High customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and negotiation expertise, paired with strong teamwork and a professional demeanor
• Excellent German skills (C2) and English skills (C1), both written and spoken
