• You strategically lead the development of next-generation AI innovations – transforming them into powerful, real-world automotive applications that make a real difference on the road.
• You identify global AI trends, continuously scanning markets and technologies, identify what’s about to matter before it becomes mainstream – translating these into sustainable, future-proof product opportunities.
• Additionally, you align cross-functional stakeholders and drive high-value AI initiatives to deliver a unified, forward-looking AI vision with measurable impact.
• You evaluate, expand and develop strategic AI technology partnerships and research collaborations, building strong, long-term alliances that accelerate innovation and amplify product success.
• Furthermore, you understand and actively shape the transfer of AI technologies from concept and prototype stage into vehicle-ready systems, considering automotive architectures, constraints and scalability.
• You steer the end-to-end AI innovation roadmap, building a competitive, future-ready AI portfolio aligned with ensuring strategic fit, execution readiness and measurable KPI impact.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in leading AI-driven innovation projects, ideally in the automotive or industry sector.
• Profound knowledge of AI technologies and product application trends, translating them into measurable business impact.
• Technical understanding to comprehend and plan the transfer of AI technologies into in-vehicle systems and automotive platforms.
• Strong skills in strategic management, portfolio planning, and KPI-driven steering of innovation initiatives.
• Excellent ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English language skills; German is a plus.
