Senior Architect (all genders welcome) – Retail Projects

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the architectural development of our retail spaces – from interior design to layout planning
• Management and prioritization of all project phases, from concept to on-site implementation
• Coordination of internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
• Ensuring technical accuracy and design consistency across all store locations
• Preparation of planning documents, timelines, and regular status reports
• Clear communication with internal departments, agencies, and contractors
• Leading site visits, design reviews, and coordination meetings

What sets you apart

• Completed degree in Architecture (Dipl.-Ing. / M.A. / M.Sc.).
• Registered architect with a Chamber of Architects (Germany or EU equivalent).
• Several years of experience in project management or coordination in the architecture/retail sector.
• Confident use of AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Adobe Suite & MS Project.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of Rhino is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German at least B2 level; Ukrainian is an advantage, but not required.
