Responsibilities

Work with a cross-functional agile team on the backend systems that power our therapy platform, one of the leading digital applications for guided and unguided treatment for mental health.
Write high-quality code, perform code reviews, ship and monitor changes as part of your daily work.
Play a key role in the core strategy of the company and contribute to our overall success.
Contribute to an engineering culture where developers enjoy working and continue learning.
Demonstrate a proven track record of building robust backend applications in agile environments.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience programming in Node.js with TypeScript.
Have strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB).
Have experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, OCI, or Azure.
Identify and solve problems with CI on GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Proficient in Unix/Linux environments, including command-line tools and shell scripting.
Solid understanding of Kubernetes; basic operations and a deep understanding of Kubernetes clusters is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and align team members toward shared goals.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Node.js experience with TypeScript.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB).
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, OCI, Azure).
Proficiency with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
Unix/Linux environment proficiency and shell scripting.
Understanding of Kubernetes; basic operations and cluster awareness is advantageous.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
English proficiency; German language skills are a plus.
