Following significant growth in recent years, the company has expanded its presence in key European and international markets.
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager M/F to cover the DACH area (Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
Directly reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you are identified as a sales hunter.
You hold a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Biology and bring at least 5 years of proven experience in B2B international sales within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, functional food or dietary supplements sectors, specifically covering the DACH region.
You are a proactive sales hunter, skilled at managing long and complex sales cycles for scientifically validated products with therapeutic benefits, and comfortable traveling regularly to develop new business opportunities.
You are autonomous, analytical, and flexible, with a pragmatic mindset. Colleagues recognize you for your rigor, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
You are a native German speaker and fluent in English, essential for the international scope of the role, and knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus.
