Senior Business Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Compliance & Processes: You are the driving force behind our ISO and compliance standards. You further develop existing policies, ensure that all requirements are met, and confidently support both internal and external audits.
Finance Operations: From preparing and sending invoices and payment reminders to managing and monitoring outstanding receivables—you keep everything under control. You support accounts receivable management and work closely with our Accounting team.
Structure & Operational Excellence: You coordinate cross-functional topics with operational relevance and ensure that documentation standards and processes are clearly defined, consistently implemented, and continuously improved.
Management Support: You provide the management and leadership team with the decision-making foundation that matters. With meaningful reports, presentations, and analyses, you support strategic initiatives and help drive data-based decisions.
Project Management: You lead cross-functional internal projects and ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Several years of professional experience in Business Operations, Project Management, or a comparable role
Knowledge of ISO and compliance management as well as a solid understanding of finance processes
Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and a high level of attention to detail
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate data and derive well-founded recommendations
Solid experience with common office and project management tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, Jira)
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
