For a globally operating, science-driven organization in the life sciences sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Labware (German speaker) for a 12 months contract role to be based in Göttingen, Germany.

Senior Business Systems Analyst – Labware (German speaker)

This person will be responsible for providing operational support for the laboratory system LISSY (Labware 6)

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting the laboratory in Göttingen with any questions related to the laboratory system (Labware 6)
• Planning, executing, and validating configurations and releases for the laboratory system (Labware 6)
• Gathering requirements
• Creating specifications and assessments
• Creating tests
• Configuration and development
• Creating test and validation plans
• Executing changes
• Participating in the on-call service for the laboratory system (Labware 6)
• Processing deviations
• Creating and updating documentation
• On-site support in Göttingen as needed (e.g., when new laboratory devices are connected to the laboratory system (Labware 6))

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant German working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
• Labware experience is mandatory
• Labware Admin Certification is beneficial
• Fluent in German and English
