Data, Analytics and Insights For The Connected Consumer Journey - DTC, B2C Consumer Brands

The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 Brand that is looking for an eCommerce Category Specialist within .com/DTC.

The incumbent will be responsible for one of the largest DTC eCommerce Categories globally, maintaining and supporting market share through growth of online sales performance.

Please note, this role would support relocation for the right individual.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of Category Strategy for DTC (.com).
• Pricing, promotions and revenue management.
• Commercial reporting across online sales and profit.
• Market and competitor insight.
• Partner cross-functionally across: Commercial, Marketing/Digital, Agencies/3rd Parties and senior stakeholders across the business.
• Regular reporting to senior management to protect profit and maintain growth.
• Deliver strategic initiatives through internal and external teams.
• Be the subject matter expert in your product/category area, delivering consistent revenue and market share growth.
• Partner with EU HQ.

Your background:

• At least 5 years of experience within the eCommerce, Category, Product, Commercial or similar.
• At least 2-4 years of experience within Pricing, promotion, planning, et,c to support the growth of online sales within a DTC environment.
• Strong experience within DTC eCommerce channels.
• Stakeholder management and reporting to the senior level.
