Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of complex commercial projects—from detailed planning and budgeting, through execution, to final delivery and post‑construction support.
• Take primary responsibility for project relationships, profitability, and cost controls, managing scheduling, procurement, vendor payments, and reporting.
• Maintain financial scorecards, support subcontractors with ProCore, monitor billing projections, and forecast gross profit and cash flow.
• Collaborate daily with superintendents and closely coordinate with ownership to resolve challenges, drive performance through project KPIs, and build synergistic relationships with clients, teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large‑scale commercial construction.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.
• Strong technical proficiency in industry‑standard software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EOS Worldwide principles is a major plus.
