You have done the strategy work. Built the models. Presented to senior stakeholders. Now you want to own the numbers, not just recommend them. What you will actually do Lead multi country rollouts for large industrial clients Drive measurable P and L impact across pricing, portfolio and sales workflows Manage 1 to 2 junior hires as the team scales Work directly with founders Translate customer insight into product direction Split your time roughly across customers, product and internal leadership

Within 12 months you will fully own multiple enterprise accounts, have strong executive relationships and be able to point to clear commercial impact you personally drove.
