And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.**Become a maker of possible with us!****Key Responsibilities****Internal Communications*** Develop and execute the EMEA internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with global communication priorities* Craft compelling content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, leadership messages, town halls, videos, campaigns)* Support leadership communication, including message development, scripts, keynotes, and employee engagement initiatives* Strengthen organizational culture through transparent, timely, and engaging communication* Measure and report communication effectiveness and recommend improvements**External Communications*** Support EMEA‐wide external communication activities including press releases, media relations, and corporate storytelling* Manage brand‐aligned content for external channels (website, social media, thought leadership, events)* Coordinate with global and regional communication teams on joint initiatives and campaigns* Monitor relevant media and industry developments to identify proactive communication opportunities**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field* **5+ years of professional experience** in internal and/or external communications, ideally in an international environment* Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences* Fluent in **English and German** (spoken and written)* Experience managing communication programs across multiple countries or cultures in EMEA* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and prioritize in a fast‐paced environment* Hands‐on mentality, creativity, and strong project management skills**Click on apply if this sounds like you!**At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
