• Promote an agile mindset and collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to develop hybrid project approaches.
• Build and support project teams through all project phases.
• Maintain oversight and ensure project progress.
• Align client expectations with team deliverables through clear communication.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies based on client project experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in agile and/or traditional project management.
• Solid experience in SAP projects, ideally with exposure to S/4HANA.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English, both internally and externally.
