About the Role

In this role, you will take overall responsibility for developing and expanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 services. You will support clients in digital transformation projects, design and implement tailored solutions, and guide customers in building modern infrastructures on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic and technical development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 services.
• Advise clients on digitalisation projects, creating new solutions or enhancing existing ones.
• Configure and implement systems, collaborating closely with client stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver projects, workshops, training, and presentations remotely.
• Work with the sales team in pre‑sales and proposal design.
• Provide ongoing support and further development for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal Dynamics 365 applications.

Your Profile

• Proven consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, and ideally Project Operations/PSA or others.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic requirements into customer‑specific solutions.
• Fluent German and good English required.
• Relevant degree or equivalent training, with professional experience in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with openness to continuous development.
