Your Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Be the main contact for our clients regarding product-related questions, supporting the building and maintenance of client relationships via ticket systems, email, phone, or conference calls.
Hands-on Support: As a subject matter expert in SAP Concur, resolve issues and errors in the client's ERP and S/4HANA systems.
Process Analysis: Analyze our clients' business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Support: Provide end-to-end support for complex applications, managing issues recorded in the ticketing system.
Industry Exposure: Work across various industries such as Automotive, Food & Beverage, Transport & Logistics, Life Science, Sports, Utilities, and more, gaining diverse experience.

Your Profile

Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Technical Experience: Several years of experience in Application Management Service (AMS) and SAP Concur, with possible exposure to S/4HANA (On-Premise and/or Cloud).
Customer Service: High customer and service orientation, proactive, and strong communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP, debugging, and familiar with customizing.
Nice to Have: Experience with Fiori applications and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Languages: Confident communication in German and English, internally and externally.
