Senior Credit Risk Analyst m/f/d- Structured Finance

We are supporting a leading investment bank in the search for a Senior Credit Analyst – Structured Finance .
This role focuses on the credit assessment of complex structured financing transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and sponsor-driven deals .

The position offers broad exposure to sophisticated transactions and close involvement in high-level credit decision processes.

Tasks

• Independent credit analysis of structured and corporate financing transactions
• Assessment of complex acquisition and leveraged finance structures
• Review and validation of financial models, forecasts, and transaction assumptions
• Preparation of comprehensive credit memoranda for senior credit committees
• Assignment and ongoing monitoring of internal ratings and credit risk indicators
• Continuous portfolio surveillance and proactive risk management
• Contribution to the development and optimisation of internal credit and risk frameworks

Requirements

• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or comparable field
• Strong professional experience in structured finance, leveraged finance, credit risk or transaction analysis
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation expertise
• High degree of ownership, precision, and analytical judgement
• Fluency in English and German (both mandatory)
