YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE APPLYING BOTH ANALYTICAL AND STRATEGIC AI‑DRIVEN APPROACHES. THROUGH TARGETED STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND EARLY IDENTIFICATION OF AI OPPORTUNITIES, YOU PROVIDE KEY IMPULSES FOR KXL’S AI AND DATA STRATEGY. As a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant – AI Transformation (m/f/d) at UX Intelligence, you will work with cross‑disciplinary teams of researchers, designers, developers, data experts, and business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. You will take responsibility for identifying, shaping, and delivering AI use cases – including use‑case scoping, strategic consulting for UX teams, and the facilitation of workshops that support the adoption of AI‑enabled ways of working. In this role, it is essential that you bring extensive experience in AI applications and AI strategy and are able to communicate complex AI concepts clearly, strategically, and empathetically to diverse audiences.

YOUR PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integrate AI into UX workflows: Identify practical AI use cases for UX Research, Data Analytics, and Design; evaluate tools and operationalize workflows with cross-functional teams.
• AI pilots & proof-of-concepts: Design, execute, and measure pilots in collaboration with teams from different disciplines (e.g., UX Research, Data Analytics, Design, Development) and operation entities (e.g., KXL, Allianz Technology, Allianz Kunde & Markt) to validate feasibility and business value.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a bridge between disciplines and organizational entities.
• Enablement & training: Support and deliver training sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops to build AI literacy; create guidelines, templates, and playbooks for responsible AI adoption.
• Responsible AI practices: Apply and advocate for AI Usage & Quality Guidelines, ensuring compliance with privacy, fairness, and regulatory standards.
• Insights & communication: Monitor emerging AI trends (tools, methods, regulations) and translate them into actionable recommendations; prepare stakeholder updates and summaries.
• Facilitation & alignment: Lead workshops to identify AI opportunities and ensure alignment across UX functions and corporate functions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in analytics, data science, or AI-driven workflows within digital product development.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions (remote and onsite).
• Hands-on experience with pilots, tool implementation, and innovation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating documentation, guidelines, and enablement materials.
• Curiosity and proactive learning mindset, especially regarding emerging AI trends.
• Understanding of privacy, responsible AI, and data ethics (or strong willingness to learn).
• Ability to work independently while aligning closely with senior leads.
• Tools: Python, R, SQL; familiarity with GenAI tools (Copilot, GPT, Gemini) and prompt engineering for UX contexts.
• Experience in mentoring junior colleagues with critique/feedback, to support their development.
• Fluency in German and full professional proficiency in English.
