Are you ready to take full ownership of inventory strategy for a fast-scaling retail store network? This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of an ambitious store expansion journey — where your decisions directly drive revenue, availability, and operational excellence.
We’re looking for a commercially minded, analytically strong
to shape and scale inventory planning across a growing physical retail footprint. If you thrive on turning data into action, building smart processes, and steering in-season performance with precision — this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Own Demand Forecasting & Seasonal Planning Forecast customer demand and define seasonal pre-order quantities in close collaboration with central Demand Planning — ensuring the right products are available at the right time. Full Inventory Ownership Steer in-season inventory performance based on sales trends, productivity, and seasonality. Proactively manage availability risks and overstock. Action-Oriented Performance Steering Translate store performance into clear in-season actions — from replenishment adjustments to replacement recommendations — working closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams. End-to-End Inventory & Logistics Flow Define requirements, align stakeholders, and ensure precise execution so the right quantities land in the right stores at the right time. Process Excellence & Automation Drive scalable, AI-enabled forecasting and inventory solutions that elevate accuracy and operational efficiency.
What You Bring ✔ 5+ years’ experience in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or a similar commercial role ✔ Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Retail, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field ✔ Proven track record of building and optimizing forecasting models ✔ Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Tableau) ✔ Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Logistics & Supply Chain ✔ Structured, proactive mindset with strong ownership ✔ Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear business actions ✔ Fluency in English and German
Why Join? This is more than an operational role — it’s a strategic growth position with visible impact. You’ll help shape structures, build scalable processes, and leave your footprint on how a fast-growing retail business expands across markets.
