Your Responsibilities

• Operate, administer and develop our hosting and cloud environments, including Linux production systems
• Ensure platform availability, stability, security, performance and scalability
• Set up, run and optimise CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions
• Maintain and advance the observability landscape – monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Analyse and resolve incidents, support root‑cause analysis and drive sustainable quality improvement
• Contribute to modern, scalable platform architecture, standardisation and gradual modernisation (e.g. containerisation)
• Develop backup, disaster‑recovery concepts, security and compliance standards; collaborate closely with dev teams and participate in architecture decisions

What You Bring To The Table

• Several years of experience in platform, DevOps or operations engineering
• Very good knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Experience with hosting and cloud environments (e.g. Hetzner, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD, automation and Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability solutions
• Experience operating business‑critical systems
• Structured, reliable and solution‑oriented approach to work
• Enjoyment of teamwork and technical responsibility
