(Senior) Digital Designer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the creation of high-performing, sales-driven visuals across all e-commerce touchpoints, including brand official online store and Amazon
• Design conversion-focused creatives for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketplaces
• Create and continuously improve the UI and UX of our official online store with a strong focus on usability and conversion
• Use AI tools professionally to create, test, and scale visual assets efficiently
• Ability to workwork end-to-end in Figma — from concepts and wireframes to polished design systems
• Translate business goals and performance data into impactful design decisions
• Test, iterate, and optimize designs based on real user behavior and performance metrics
• Help shape and evolve our visual brand and design standards

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as a Digital Designer, ideally in e-commerce, start-ups, or performance-driven environments
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-oriented and commercially successful design
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, user behavior, and customer journeys
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, auto layout, prototyping)
• Confident, professional use of AI-powered design tools in daily workflows
• Ideally, hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, or close collaboration with front-end development
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
